Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are provided in good faith. While we strive for accuracy, Reyes does not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content is error-free, complete, or current.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout
• Promotional prices and discount codes are valid for the period specified and cannot be applied retroactively
• We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer or household
• Product colours — including Top Wear, Dresses, and Co-ords — may vary from on-screen display due to monitor calibration

Orders & Payment

Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability or price. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email from Reyes.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• UPI and net banking for Indian customers
• Wallets: Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and other supported platforms
• Cash on Delivery (available at select pin codes only)
• Buy Now Pay Later via supported partner integrations

Reyes uses SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or stock unavailability.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and to selected international destinations. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas and J&K: 7–12 business days
• International orders: 10–21 business days (duties and customs fees may apply)

Shipping fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Reyes is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return
• Innerwear, swimwear, and Made-to-Order (Designer) pieces cannot be returned
• Exchanges are subject to availability; a store credit will be issued if the item is unavailable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Reyes logo, brand name, product photographs, graphics, text, design elements, and software — is the exclusive property of Reyes Clothing Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Site content without prior written consent
• User-submitted content such as reviews and photos grants Reyes a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for marketing use
• The Reyes name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks and may not be used without authorisation

Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. Reyes collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to:

• Collection of data necessary to process orders and provide customer support

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to that claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
